There are many foods that known as good food for the body, but some of them are not really healthy. If you are on a diet or struggling to lose some weight here is some food that could be not the best for you and it is known as a good foods, and some alternative food that you can do to lose weight and eat healthier. The first food is Muesli, it is became more poplar to eat sugary cereals or fatty fried for breakfast and they thought it is a get vitamins on the morning. This idea come from the marketing of muesli is a healthy and give the body the good nutrition. The second food is Banana chips, and usually any food related to fruits or vegetable seems to be healthy. However, banana chips are frying deeply and each one contain about 10 g of saturated fat and about 150 calories. This high amount of calories can causes cholesterol to raise up, raising the risk of cardiovascular disease, and increasing the likelihood of getting diabetes. On top of that it worth nothing because it has a fewer vitamins than that can be found in the fresh banana. The third one is tuna sushi, a classic food that known as a healthy and good food, but it could be dangerous for health. While many people eat tuna sushi as low fat food and calories, it could have excess of mercury. Try to avoid eating tuna sushi more than six ounces per week because it contain high amount of mercury and that develop mercury toxicity which can leads to weakness, sleepiness, weak memory, high blood pressure, anxiety and abdominal pain. The fourth type of unhealthy food is energy bars which became more poplar these days. It seems to tend to enhance the brain and help diet system, and also you can buy it in many health stores. Most energy bars have at least 500 calories which can be worse than candies. That amount of calories equal a dinner or lunch and it will not makes feel full. In addition, it contains a sugar that tends to be shockingly. The fifth kind is trail mix, it contains a lot of nuts and dried fruits, and usually people use it as helpful for diet and healthy, but actually mostly it is contain much sugar and covered by nuts, corn, and fried banana chips. Serving a couple of trail mix could contains up 600 calories, much amount of fat, and sugar. If you want trail mix, try to find one contains all from nuts and some dried fruits, or try to do it at home which is not that hard to make at home. The sixth type is the salad that served in restaurant. While salad is healthy, but sometimes it can turned to be not such as burger. That because of the high amount of fat and calories that come from mayonnaise, oil, and fatty flakes of Parmesan cheese. Last type of healthy food that could be unhealthy is reduced fat yogurts. Reduced fat yogurts are tend to be taste not good, so many companies choose to add more sugar to compensate the reduced fat and give taste better.  

In my opinion, all of these foods that mentions in this article never thought that is bad for our health, and many people are unaware of that. These kinds of foods became more poplar nowadays because people are busy with their jobs and study, and its much faster to buy it.
