Maryalene LaPonsie in her article 10 simple strategies to simplify your life had discussed how stress make our lives difficult and suggested some strategies to make our lives easier and help in decrees the stress we feel. In this blog, I’ll summarize some of strategies according to what I think it will really work.

Consolidate your bank account
Usually financial situation bring stress. Although it’s very difficult to reject the financial institutions’ offers, which will make you end up with many banks account for different purposes. At that point, you’ll really feel stressed and start thinking how would you be able to pay for all these financial responsibilities. Instead, try to make all financial responsibilities through one bank account

Purge the paperwork
Dealing with too much paperwork such as bills and identities is stressful. So, to avoid that go for paperless as much as you can, try to have all your bank’s statements electronic, other documents scanned so you can get organized eliminate the stress caused by dealing with these papers.  

Pay cash whenever possible
Again, finances are stressful, paying cash will help you avoid overspending and reduce the hassle of managing you’re spending every day. You do not have to think how much did you spent and how much you have to spend. Moreover, it will help you avoid being embraced when your card is declined for any reason.

Automate your life
Tracking your bills payments is a kind of stress. Setting up auto payment for all your bills is helpful, this will help you get rid of the headache of remembering what bill you paid what is not. Also, using financial management application will help you manage and track your finances efficiently and easily.

Stop buying more stuff
When you sounded by a lot of stuff you will be stressful. If you have few things, you’ll be able to organize them, and at the same time, you’ll have extra money to buy the necessary things.

Reconsider your commitments
Performing many activities at the same time is very complex. Simplify your schedule by putting “to do list” which will help you perform your activities efficiently.

Unplug at least once a week
Electronic devices such as tvs and cellphones are very stressful when we sounded by them all the time. At least once a week put away all your electronic devices. This will help you slow down your life and enjoying it. Try to do a simple habit like reading or gardening or anything you like a way from being connected to your electronic devices all the time.

Create routines
Simple life is full of routine, planning what to do in the next day will waste your time and consumed your energy. Knowing what your day will look like makes your life easier.
